When you engage StudioSZ for architectural or interior photography, you’ll always work directly with Justin.  For larger projects we’ll build a team of trusted creative partners as needed.  This allows us to take on projects of any size.  No matter how big or small, we’re most interested in partnering with clients who share a passion for showcasing their buildings at their very best.  

About Justin - Photographer of Architecture

Hi I’m Justin Szeremeta, a Shanghai, China based photographer dedicated to creating beautiful images of contemporary architecture and interior design.  

I am particularly interested in featuring ‘buildings in use’ with the ultimate goal of creating a set of images that tells a compelling story.  I believe many of our clients come to us not simply because we create photographs that describe architecture, but also because I am able use my camera to uncover the unexpected - oftentimes leading to surprising results.  

My creative journey began as an architect working in the United States.  My design career took me to Asia which I have called home for over a decade.  My background in architecture has helped to hone my problem-solving and visual communication skills, both of which I rely on when photographing buildings. More than anything, my time as a designer taught me to resist the obvious solution and instead look for a fresh approach - a strategy that has continued to serve me well as an architectural photographer.
